Learn to make beautiful jewelry for yourself, as gifts or to sell. These fun, introductory classes for all ages will give you the opportunity to learn simple techniques that can continue to be built upon. Each session is 6 weeks, each class is 1 hour and all necessary items will be provided. Students will also get to keep their tools.

Session 1: Week 1: Headpins, jump rings, ear wires and introduction to working with tools. First pair of earrings will be made. Week 2: Hammering wire, wrapping stones and making necklace and bracelet clasps. First bracelet will be made. Week 3: Wire wrapped stone rings. First ring will be made. Week 4: Tree of life or Stone Studded Pendant: Hammering, wrapping and creative composition. First pendant will be made. Week 5: Working with chain and completion of week 4 pendant. First completed necklace. Week 6: Oxidizing, polishing, marketing, branding, pricing and a list of supply stores. Students will have the opportunity to oxidize, polish and photograph the work completed so far and take home a list of supply stores and marketing options.
$100 instructional fee $50 materials and tools fee. Students will keep all tools (Hammer, File, Pliers, Cutters and Bench Block) once workshop is over to continue improving on skills.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque during first lesson.
